Abstract: String field theory as a second quantized string theory is a favorite playground for researchers to seek the answer to various questions such as the non-perturbative version of string theory, a deeper understanding of string dualities, and their proof. moreover, there is the ability to use QFT techniques to study some aspects of string theory in this new theory. in the first few sessions, we try to give a minimum knowledge of the subject, and in the future, we will talk about more advanced topics and the latest progresses in this field.
